Bookkeepers develop and maintain your company’s overall financial processes and management. First we create your accounting data file so that it’s tailored to the specific needs of you and your business. You will, of course, have full access to this file and the reports you need.
We all know the basic duties of a bookkeeper; to track payables and receivables and keep all your business’s financial transactions documented.
But we also manage payroll, handle deposits, reconcile accounts, create and maintain monthly financial reports, manage sales taxes as well as quarterly taxes and withholding, 1099s and W2s. Bookkeepers also prepare the financial information you will need to submit to your CPA to file your annual taxes.
We focus on recording your financial transactions through maintaining records, tracking transactions, and creating financial reports. Journal entries are prepared and entered for accounts such as fixed assets and depreciation. At the end of each month, a trial balance is run to verify that general ledger accounts are in balance. We analyze the trial balance and make any necessary adjusting journal entries to correct discrepancies.

We will make sure your year is completed and correct and can work with your CPA to provide the reports needed to complete your income tax returns.
We can move your current accounting process to QuickBooks Online so you can connect to your business anywhere. Our service includes setting up your Chart of Accounts, linking bank accounts and downloading past transactions. We can also train you on your new system!
